What is File Builder?

File Builder is a tool that allows the mass generation of PDF files through Excel files and HTML templates. The user only has to focus on the layout of the document (using an HTML template) and delegates the generation and storage of the document.

Objective

Generate multiple PDF documents given a Excel file, using a HTML as visual template.

How to access?

The user must log into the tool through the link https://masivapp.com using their Masiv username and password.

Once the user has logged into MasivApp, he/she will be able to access File Builder using the left sidebar where the different Masiv products are located by accessing the "Generador de Archivos" button.

What are the functions of the product?

• Upload an HTML file. The HTML file will be used as a template for the PDF.
• Upload an Excel file to be used in the creation of the PDF's.
• Insert information in variable tables.
• Insert substitution fields.
• Adjust margins.
• Adjust page size.
• Insert headers and footers.
• Graphic editor to create the template.
• Name the documents.
• Add a password to the generated documents.
• Define which password to use from a column in the Excel file.
