What is Preloaded Bases?

Preloaded Bases is a tool that allows you to store in a safe place files in Excel and CSV format that have constant use and relevant information so that they can be used in the sending of the other products (SMS, Email, Push and Voice) offered by Masiv, thus avoiding the process of uploading the same document multiple times.

The documents uploaded in the system will be automatically deleted after 90 days.

Objective

Store files in Excel and CSV format to be used from the products (SMS, Email, Push and Voice) offered by Masiv.

How to access?

In order to use the tool, the user must follow the following steps:

1. Access the following link: https://masivapp.com/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2F

2. Log in with your username and password.

   Note: all masiv clients have the tool enabled within MasivApp.

3. Identify the tools icon, located on the left sidebar of the main menu.

1. Click on the icon above and go to the tool called Preloaded Bases.

1. Click on Preloaded Bases and start the experience.
