What is Audit Logs and what does the product do?

It is a tool that allows you to consult and generate reports of the different types of actions performed in each of the services available in Masivapp, for one or all user accounts, during a defined period of time within the last 90 days of the year.

E.g. know when a user successfully logged into Masivapp.

Essentially, Audit Logs is a tool that allows auditing the actions of users on their accounts.

Product objectives and functionalities

The main objective is to provide accurate and detailed information on the different actions that a user can execute in Masivapp, according to the account(s) and module(s) that are queried, so that they can be audited and controlled.

The main functions of Audit Logs are:

Collect and Store Events.

Collect and store all events generated by users in the different Masivapp products.

Filter the stored events

Allow the user to filter stored event information by the following criteria:

1. Account: the user's account and its subaccounts.
2. Module: the different products and services offered by Masivapp.
3. Action: the actions in which the events executed on the platform are grouped.
4. Time: range of dates in which these actions were executed. The tool currently supports searches up to 90 days old.

Bring the filtered information and organize the records in the following columns:
