What is Frequent Contacts and what does the product do?

It is a tool that allows you to create, edit, delete, search and view the contacts in the user's account. These contacts can then be used to send test campaigns in the Email and SMS products.

Product objectives and functionalities

The objective is to have an interface where the user can have all his contacts centralized in the same place, to be able to manage them and use them later for sending test campaigns both by Email and SMS.

The functionalities are the following:

Add contacts

Edit and delete a contact

Find a contact

How to access the product?

<aside> ⚠️ The user must have SMS and/or Email products activated in his account in order to enable this tool in the menu.

• To get started it is necessary to log in to Masivapp with a username and password.
• In the menu on the left side, the user must enter by Tools and then Frequent Contacts.
