System entry requirements.

The URL to enter the system is listed below:https: //masivapp.com

Check that the page has a HTTPS security certificate and domain when logging in to the system. Masiv uses the latest versions of HTML, CSS and javascript, so we recommend using an updated browser such as:

• Explorer 11.0 or superior • Chrome 30 or superior • Safari 7 or superior

Once you enter the Masiv domain, you will watch the following screen, where you must log in with your username and password. (This will be previously sent by e-mail):

Home Page - Sherlock Login.

  1. Once you log in with your credentials you will find in the left side menu the Masiv active services you have and the possibility of requesting new channels, in case you need access.

Note: Identify the Sherlock service with the related icon below: 2. Clicking on the icon will display a menu where you can choose the option you need.

Simple query.

  1. To make a simple query click on the Sherlock icon in the menu located on the left side of the screen. Then click on the simple query option and type the number of the line you want to query. In this option you will be able to query a single phone number and you will be able to find the results of the line with respect to the configuration of the credentials made in advance by a "SuperAdmin" user.

Note: The analysis parameters are:

• Anomaly: It tests the change in the usual behavior of transactional and non-transactional messages associated with a telephone number.

• Distrust: It tests the transactions associated to the telephone number compared to the behavior of the lines in the country. A low distrust represents that the number has a normal transactional behavior compared to the rest of the lines in Colombia.

• Portability: It ndicates if a number has changed its mobile operator in the last 7 days.

• Sim change: It generates an alarm in case the Sim card has been changed recently.

• Active phone age: Estimation of the time from which a line has been used. It detects and evaluates periods of inactivity, which allows to calculate the current user's time.

In this option you will be able to consult several telephone lines from an Excel or CSV file. To do this you must:

A. Select in the left side menu the option "Bulk query".

B. You will find a screen where you will be able to watch the history of the done queries and a button on the upper right hand side with the option "Search".

Note: The allowed formats are Excel and CSV.

Note: It is optional to add a description at the time of uploading. It will appear in the report afterwards and can be used as a reference or to provide additional data about the database.
