What is Event Log?

It is a tool that allows you to consult and generate reports of the different types of actions performed in each of the services available in Masivapp, for one or all user accounts, during a defined period of time within the last 90 days of the year.

E.g. to know when a user successfully logged into Masivapp.

Filters

The user will be able to filter the information with the following criteria:

1. Account: the user's account and its subaccounts.
2. Module: the different products and services offered by Masivapp.
3. Action: the actions in which the events executed on the platform are grouped.
4. Time: range of dates in which these actions were executed. The tool currently supports searches up to 90 days old.

Reports in Excel

The information consulted can be downloaded in an excel file.

Historical Record

The information of the last 90 days of the year can be retrieved.
